Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page explains how cancellations and refunds work for Magrios subscriptions.

Cancel any time

You can cancel your subscription whenever you like, directly from your workspace. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for, so you keep access to everything through that date.

Refunds

Because a subscription unlocks research that costs us real money to run the moment you use it, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. We know that’s not the whole story, though — if something went wrong on our side, we want to make it right.

If your first scan failed to complete, produced incomplete research, or you believe you were charged in error, contact us through the Talk to us form (category: Billing). We review these case by case and will refund where the Service didn’t deliver what you paid for.

Failed or incomplete scans

If a scan doesn’t finish, Magrios tells you honestly and your plan’s allowance for that period is not consumed by a failed run — you can retry without paying again. We never present incomplete research as a finished report.
