Terms of Service

Last updated 15 July 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of Magrios (the “Service”). By creating an account, running research, or subscribing to a plan, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What Magrios does

Magrios researches the public web to show which companies buyers encounter when they research your category, and turns that evidence into recommendations you can act on. Every finding links to the public source it was drawn from.

2. What Magrios is not

Magrios measures observed visibility in public buyer-research sources at the time of a scan. It does not measure, predict, or guarantee search rankings, AI-assistant answers, traffic, market share, revenue, or the outcome of any action you take. Recommendations are evidence-based suggestions, not guaranteed results. You are responsible for decisions you make using the Service.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and workspace. You must have authority to research the companies and domains you enter.

4. Acceptable use

5. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider. Each plan includes a defined research allowance and cadence, shown on the Pricing page at the time you subscribe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices may change, but not for an active subscription’s current term — see Pricing for details.

6. Refunds

Refund handling is described in our Refund Policy.

7. Your content and research

You retain rights to the business context you provide. You grant Magrios the permission needed to run research, generate reports, and operate the Service for you. Research artifacts are stored so you can revisit and compare them over time.

8. Availability

We work to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available.” Research depends on third-party providers and the public web, which change; some scans may be incomplete, and when that happens we tell you honestly rather than presenting partial data as complete.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magrios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for business decisions made using the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
