The engine · under the product
Magrios is an Intelligence Operating System.
Not a chat interface, not a report generator. An engine that continuously discovers what your buyers ask, collects and verifies the evidence behind it, connects it into a knowledge graph, reasons its way to recommendations — and then measures what your actions actually changed. This page shows the machinery. Every stage links to a live surface where you can watch it work.

The Intelligence Lifecycle
Every insight in Magrios moves through the same nine stages. No stage is theoretical — each names the system that runs it and links to a place you can see its output today.
01
Signal detected
Multi-angle research finds the questions your buyers actually ask — derived from your market, never from a keyword list.

Evidence collected
The engine reads the top-ranking public pages behind every question and stores each source.

Connected
Entities, buyer intents, and authored links weave findings into a knowledge graph — a rare co-mention is a strong tie, not noise.

Reasoned
Insights carry a claim, its evidence, confidence with a stated basis, and the business outcome it moves — reasoning you can audit, never hidden.

Recommendation generated
One deduplicated action queue: the same problem becomes one action with many evidence sources, ranked by impact and confidence.

Customer action taken
You publish, reach out, reposition — from evidence-backed briefs and ready-to-send drafts. Magrios never sends anything for you.

Impact measured
The locked benchmark re-asks the same questions and reports gained, lost, and held — decline included. Nothing simulated.

Knowledge updated
Every re-scan updates the graph, the brains, and the next recommendations. The loop is the product.

Decision traceability · a real example, not a mock
Why a recommendation exists — traced
Below is an actual finding from the public Richpanel sample report, exactly as the engine produced it. This is the trace every Magrios recommendation carries: evidence → sources → confidence → reasoning → impact → action. We expose decision traceability, never chain-of-thought.
Evidence
Richpanel does not appear in the researched sources behind the buyer question “What are the best AI customer support platforms for ecommerce brands in 2025?” — one of 15 absences across 15 benchmark questions. The companies that do appear: Gorgias, Zendesk, Intercom.
Confidence
High — direct measurement: presence was checked against every researched source for this question, not sampled or estimated.
Reasoning summary
This is a high-importance category discovery question; buyers researching it currently meet Gorgias and Zendesk and Intercom — a buying conversation happening entirely without Richpanel.
Business impact
Visibility → demand: each absent question is a shortlist formed without you, before you ever hear about the deal.

What the engine will not do
It will not read private or gated data — public pages only, opt-outs honored. It will not invent a number — when something isn’t publicly knowable, reports say “no public evidence found”. It will not claim to measure private AI-assistant answers — it measures presence in the top-ranking public sources those answers draw on, and says so. And it will not act on your behalf — recommendations, briefs, and drafts are yours to send; nothing leaves without your hands on it. An intelligence system you can trust is defined as much by its refusals as its capabilities.
