Questions buyers ask before choosing Magrios
Answered with the same standard our reports hold themselves to: plain language, real numbers only, and nothing claimed that you can't verify. If a question you have isn't here, ask us directly.
What Magrios is
What is Magrios?
Magrios is an AI-powered market growth intelligence platform. It researches the real questions buyers ask before choosing in your market, reads the top-ranking public pages behind each question, and shows which companies buyers actually find — with a source link behind every claim. It then turns the strongest gaps into evidence-backed content and outreach, and re-scans the same questions to measure what changed.
Who is Magrios for?
Founders, marketing leaders, and growth teams at B2B companies who need to know how buyers — and the AI assistants and search engines buyers use — actually see their market. It fits teams that want research they can open and verify rather than a score they have to trust.
What problem does Magrios actually solve?
Buyers now start with search engines and AI assistants, and those systems answer from a specific set of public pages. If your company is absent from the pages that answer your buyers' questions, you lose deals you never knew existed. Magrios finds exactly where you're absent, who appears instead, and what evidence-backed work closes each gap.
What does “AI visibility” mean?
AI visibility is how often and how favourably your company appears in the sources that search engines and AI assistants draw on when they answer buyer questions in your category. Magrios measures your presence in top-ranking public web sources for real buyer questions — it does not claim to measure private AI-assistant answers, search volume, or market share, and its reports say so plainly.
How the research works
How does a Magrios research scan work?
Magrios reads your website to understand what you sell and who you sell to, builds the benchmark set of real questions your buyers ask, searches the public web for each question, and reads the top-ranking pages behind it. Every company, quote, and finding in your report comes from a page Magrios actually read during that scan.
Where do the buyer questions come from?
From your own website and market — never from your competitor list. Questions are derived from what you sell and who you sell to, so the competitive set you confirm at onboarding can label who's who in the results but can never bias what the research finds. Your benchmark questions then stay locked between scans so movement is real.
What sources does Magrios read?
The public web pages that actually rank for your buyers' questions: comparison articles, review platforms, buyer guides, community discussions, publisher content, and vendor pages. There is no hidden proprietary database — the evidence explorer in every report lists each source page with a link you can open yourself.
Does Magrios invent or estimate any numbers?
No. AI in Magrios reads, extracts, classifies, and scores real evidence — it never invents it. Every number in a report links to its source page, and when something isn't publicly knowable, the report says “no public evidence found” instead of guessing. This evidence-first rule is enforced mechanically in our publishing pipeline, not just promised.
How long does a research scan take?
Real research scans have taken between 17 and 48 minutes in our production history — the time it takes to genuinely search your market and read dozens of source pages. You can watch progress live, and the finished report waits in your workspace. The free discovery step before it takes about a minute.
How does Magrios measure improvement over time?
Your benchmark questions are locked at the start. Each re-scan re-asks exactly those questions and compares which sources and companies appear, so the report can honestly say what improved, declined, or held since last time — and attribute it to the pages that changed. Nothing is simulated, and a re-scan that finds decline says decline.
Can I verify every finding myself?
Yes — that's the product's core design decision. Every claim in a Magrios report carries a source link to the public page it came from, and the evidence explorer lets you open each one. Try it now in the live sample report: click any finding and follow it to its source.
Compared with the alternatives
How is Magrios different from asking ChatGPT about my market?
A chat model answers from training data — a blurry snapshot that can't show its sources and can't be re-measured next month. Magrios searches your market at scan time, reads the actual ranking pages, links every claim to its source, and re-runs the same benchmark on schedule so you can measure change. Guessing versus research you can open.
How is Magrios different from SEO tools?
SEO tools track your rankings for keywords you chose. Magrios researches the buyer questions behind those keywords and shows which companies win them across the whole answer surface — including companies you weren't watching and questions you never thought to track. The two are complementary; we've written an honest comparison in SEO tools vs AI visibility tools.
How is Magrios different from competitive-intelligence tools?
CI tools monitor competitors you already know about. Magrios's research works the other way: it surfaces every company buyers actually encounter for your questions, tracked or not, and shows where you're absent. For the deeper argument, read static market reports vs continuous intelligence and our evidence-based Magrios vs Profound comparison — including where the other side is genuinely better.
Is Magrios an answer engine optimization (AEO) tool?
Magrios covers the measurement and research side of AEO: which questions matter, where you're cited, who's cited instead, and whether your work moved the needle — plus evidence-backed briefs for the content that closes gaps. It doesn't ghost-write your site or promise rankings. Start with What is AEO? from our knowledge library.
Plans and buying
How much does Magrios cost?
Two self-serve plans, priced per user per month: Pro at $225 for the first 3 months (Early Founder price, then the real list price of $750), and Pro+ at $420 for the first 3 months (then $2097). Enterprise is custom. Both numbers are shown side by side on the pricing page — no fake deadlines or seat-count scarcity.
What's the difference between Pro and Pro+?
Cadence. Pro runs a full research scan every 7 days — weekly market intelligence. Pro+ runs one every 24 hours — continuous monitoring, built for launches, campaigns, and repositioning where you need the fastest view of competitor moves. Both include the complete loop: research, evidence-backed actions, outreach targets with drafts, and measurement.
Is there a free way to try Magrios?
Three, no card required: the discovery step on the homepage (see Magrios understand your company and map your competitive set, free), the live sample reports (real research on real companies, evidence explorer open), and the AI visibility checker. The full research scan is what the paid plans buy.
What happens right after I subscribe?
Your confirmed research setup — company, competitive set, business context — is saved from the funnel, so nothing is retyped. Your first full research scan starts from your workspace, runs in well under an hour, and the report lands there with its benchmark locked for future comparison. Your next scans follow your plan's cadence.
Can I cancel? Do you offer refunds?
Cancel anytime from your workspace — cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays active for the period already paid. Because every scan spends real research cost the moment it runs, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts, with case-by-case review — the full refund policy is public. A failed scan never consumes your allowance.
Data, privacy, and teams
Does Magrios need access to my website, analytics, or CRM?
No. Magrios reads only public web pages — your public site to understand your business, and the public pages that rank for your buyers' questions. No tracking script, no analytics connection, no CRM integration is required to get the full report, and Magrios never scrapes private or gated data.
Who can see my reports?
Your workspace. Reports are private to the workspace that ran them; they are not public pages and are excluded from search-engine indexing. The public sample reports on our site are a separate curated set. If you choose to share a report link, that's your action, under your control.
Can my team use Magrios together?
Yes. Magrios workspaces support teams with five permission roles — owner, admin, editor, analyst, and viewer — plus email invitations and request-to-join for colleagues on your company domain. Billing actions stay owner-only, so a teammate can work the research without being able to change your subscription.
